What The Role IsThe Credit Card Specialist is responsible for payment exception processing, payment research, monetary adjustments, and credit balance refunds for both commercial and consumer credit card accounts.

Overdraft Protection research
Rewards Enrollments
Cross check of re-aged accounts
Credit Balance Refund Report
Ensure quality standards and daily processing deadlines are met
Perform other related duties as assigned by Supervisor
Who You Are
High school education and 1-2 years related work experience in bank operations
Ability to work in a fast paced environment meeting deadlines and production goals
Must be a self starter and excel at time management
