SIX MONTH WARRANTYLimited Warranty. Eastman warrants to the buyer that the Blue Streak II shall be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 180 days commencing on the date of invoice. Any goods or parts claimed by the buyer to be defective must be returned to Eastman, freight charges prepaid, within the 180–day warranty period. If Eastman determines that the goods or parts are defective in mate- rials or workmanship, Eastman's sole obligation under this warranty shall be, at Eastman's sole option, to repair or replace the defective goods or parts or to provide to the buyer a credit equal to the portion of the purchase price allocable to the defective goods or parts. This warranty shall not apply if defects are caused by product misuse or neglect, if the machine has been altered or modified by the buyer, or if other than genuine Eastman belts, emery wheels, knives or parts are used in the machine. THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THIS PURCHASE. SELLER DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRAN- TIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.Limitation of Liability. Eastman's liability to the buyer, and the buyer's remedies from Eastman, whether in contract, negligence, tort, under any warranty or otherwise, shall be limited to the remedies provided in the foregoing Limited Warranty. We manufacture high end womens' apparel. Small operation and we needed a good high quality cutting machine to do most of our cutting. This machine is absolutely amazing! Very maneuverable and quiet. Blades stay sharp for a very long time. Lots of power. We got our machine in one week - flawless transaction.

Cuts all of my goods cleanly. Lots of power and easy to push. Happy we purchased Eastman as we had heard it was the original and best working machine. WE run it about 6-8 hours a day and so far it has performed very well.

Every 20 years or so we need to replace one of our Eastman Straight Knife Machines. THey work tremendously for us and we would not use another cutter. The price was well below market and delivery was fast. No complaints, thank you.

This is our first foray into actual production and we wanted the best machine for cutting denim. The Eastman Blue Streak is just what we needed...plenty of capacity and power, smooth and quiet. We have had this machine for two months and are going to order another soon. We recommend this machine...very happy with it!!!!

Just purchased our second Eastman Blue Streak...first one has lasted over 15 years so far. New machine came in as advertised and we are pleased with it so far, after two weeks. Eastman has always made a good machine.

You get what you pay for

We thought about purchasing a Chinese Import instead, but are so happy we decided to spring for the Eastman Machine. This cuts like butter through all of our fabrics, and is smooth and pretty quiet. We plan on having this machine for many years.
