I had a great experience with this delivery company! They worked with city furniture to deliver my furniture. I was nervous after reading city furniture reviews, but they delivered everything in a timely manner, they even went above and beyond because one of the pieces couldn't fit through the front door. The furniture was not damaged and it looks amazing. I highly recommend them!
Delivery was outside of the promised window, but they stayed in contact with me and kept me updated. Once they arrived on site, delivery and setup was perfect. Great crew.
I would call it an "Flawless Delivery" I received an courtesy phone call and told the driver where to place it. Once I got home, it was exactly placed there.

Order my goruck bags and bluestreak is used to deliver them. Always seems very fast, like next day to two days from order day (may just be due to my location, but fast nonetheless). They update their transport quite regularly. They also take special instructions via the email they send you. Normally i order on goruck, then when the package is shipped, bluestreak will email all the details.
Our delivery person was so friendly and courteous. We are extremely pleased.
I love how expedited the delivery was! I only ordered it as of yesterday! I know the courier was only doing the assignment, and also my apologies if I didn't fill out a spot on the site for instructions I didn't see/pay attention to, but we prefer all of our packages up by the gate, across the street from the mailbox. We have construction going on across the street & I don't trust our packages over there. My husband happened to see this on his route & scooped it up for me bc I hadn't yet checked my email to see the delivery; it was that fast! 😉 Thank you all again for your diligence & I'm super excited to have my package! .:Rah Moore:.

My delivery scenario was fairly simple and straightforward, so your mileage may vary, but my experience was PERFECT from beginning to end.
